PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a driving element in an on-vehicle electric circuit caused by an overcurrent, and at the same time, to effectively reduce the noise of the driving element caused by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage to the driving element. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of a noise cutting capacitor 4 is connected to the electric wiring 3 connecting the output terminal 1b of a smart MOS FET 1 to a load 2 and the other terminal of the capacitor 4 is earthed. Then an element protective resistor 5 is provided between the earthing terminal 1d of the FET 1 and the ground. In addition, one end of a capacitor 7 for cutting noise caused by the fluctuation of a power supply voltage is connected to the wiring 6 connecting the power supply terminal 1c of the FET 1 to a power source and the other end of the capacitor 7 is earthed. |
