This invention provides a screw pump in which one drive-side screw (5) configured by a male screw or a female screw, and at least one driven-side screw (6) configured from the other of the male screw and the female screw, rotate while meshing with each other, and a fluid is pressure-fed from a low-pressure-side intake port (21) to a high-pressure-side discharge port (42); wherein the screw pump is provided with a drive-side screw capable of being rotated about a drive-side rotational axis (P) by torque transmitted from a drive device (8), a driven-side screw capable of being driven by the drive-side screw to rotate about a driven-side rotational axis (Q), a drive-side journal (57, 58) coaxial with the drive-side screw and provided to be capable of rotating integrally with the drive-side screw, a driven-side journal (67, 68) coaxial with the driven-side screw and provided to be capable of rotating integrally with the driven-side screw while being in contact with the drive-side journal along a contact line (C) between the drive-side rotational axis and the driven-side rotational axis, a case (30, 38) in which is formed a cylinder (34) for housing the drive-side screw and the driven-side screw, and a bearing member (71, 725, 726, 38) for rotatably supporting the drive-side journal and the driven-side journal. |
