Provided are a method and ATM for prompting when displaying different information according to different voices, said method comprising: recording a first voice under a specific account number and display information matching the first voice, and recording a second voice under said specific account number and display information matching the second voice (S101); recognizing a voice inputted by a user (S102); determining whether the voice inputted by the user is the first voice or second voice matching the specific account number (S103); if so, then displaying the display information matching the inputted voice, and pushing patent prompt information to the user (S105); if not, then not displaying information (S104). By means of users inputting different voices, different information is displayed such that personal privacy and even property security are effectively protected, while the interests of the creator of the invention are also protected. |
