an input that inputs an input voltage; an output that outputs an output voltage; a conversion circuit including a plurality of semiconductor switches, that converts the input voltage to the output voltage by switching operation of one or more semiconductor switches of the plurality of semiconductor switches; and a switch control circuit that selects the one or more semiconductor switches by performing the switching operation from the plurality of semiconductor switches based on the input voltage and a predetermined lookup table, and that controls the switching operation of the one or more semiconductor switches.
