An information processing device comprising a control unit and a storage unit connected to the control unit, wherein the storage unit holds data indicating the amount of activity of each of a plurality of persons in each of time periods and data indicating the amount of stress of each person at first predetermined periods. The control unit calculates a band-by-band accumulated amount of the amount of activity at the first predetermined periods; calculates the divergence of the accumulated amount in each of the first predetermined periods with respect to the accumulated amount in a second predetermined period including a plurality of the first predetermined periods; on the basis of the computed divergence of the accumulated amount in each of the first predetermined periods and the amount of stress in each of the first predetermined periods, calculates the slope of a first-order regression equation having the amount of stress as an explanatory variable and the divergence as an objective variable; and calculates the variation of the divergence with respect to the calculated slope. |
