Provided are a method, device and system for sending a PRACH preamble. The method comprises: a controller determining access slot information according to the number of repetitions of at least one PRACH preamble, wherein the access slot information comprises start ASs corresponding to various RACH sub-channels, and the ASs, the number of which is equal to the number of repetitions of the PRACH preamble, in the front of the start ASs, are used for the same UE to send the same PRACH preamble; the controller sending the access slot information to various UEs, so that the various UEs repeatedly send the PRACH preamble to a base station according to the access slot information; and enabling the ASs, the number of which is equal to the number of repetitions of the PRACH preamble, in the front of the start AS to all be used for the same UE to send the PRACH preamble to the base station. The present invention solves the problem that the collision chance is increased since a PRACH preamble is repeatedly sent, thereby reducing the probability of an access failure. |
