The present invention provides a system and method for processing discount promotion of online-to-offline health service products. The method comprises: when a code scanning terminal scans a discount two-dimensional code of a mobile terminal, receiving the scanned discount two-dimensional code from the code scanning terminal, and calculating the number of the scanned discount two-dimensional codes within a preset time period; and dynamically adjusting the discount range of health service products in the discount two-dimensional codes according to the number of scanned discount two-dimensional codes. By executing the present invention, online-to-offline promotion of health service products provided by a merchant can be carried out by means of discount two-dimensional codes; a merchant can master the consumption status of the health service products according to the number of discount two-dimensional codes and can dynamically adjust the discount ranges of the two-dimensional codes according to the accumulated consumption sum, thereby improving the promotion effect of the health service products that are promoted by means of the discount two-dimensional codes.
