A video encoding system and method. The system comprises a management module, a network input module, a plurality of encoders, and a network output module, wherein the management module is separately connected to the network input module, the encoders, and the network output module and is used for configuring and managing the network input module, the encoders, and the network output module; the network input module is used for acquiring a network streaming video input and distributing the network streaming video input to the encoders; the encoders are used for processing the network streaming video, and the encoders are separately connected to the network input module and the network output module; the network output module is used for receiving and outputting video data packets that are obtained after the processing of the encoders. By setting a unified network input module as an entry and setting a unified network output module as an exit, network source input and output are unified, thus avoiding undue exposure of intranet resources and improving network security. |
