The present invention relates to a method for preparing a high-functional suture yarn coated with hyaluronate and a high-functional suture yarn prepared therefrom and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a high-functional suture yarn having improved biocompatibility, functionality, and use convenience by coating an existing chemical synthesis material-derived medicinal and surgical suture yarn with hyaluronate as a biocompatible material, and to a high-functional suture yarn prepared therefrom. The method for preparing a suture yarn coated with hyaluronate of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving hyaluronate in purified water and then adding an organic solvent thereto, thereby ultimately preparing a hyaluronate organic solvent aqueous solution having an organic solvent concentration of 50-70 vol% and a hyaluronate concentration of 0.5-2 vol%; and (b) coating a suture yarn with the hyaluronate organic solvent aqueous solution, followed by drying. The suture yarn coated with hyaluronate of the present invention has advantages in that, when the suture yarn is applied to the human body, the hyaluronate coated on a surface of the suture yarn is quickly swollen by a body fluid to function as a lubricant, thereby maximizing the functions as a skin filler or of skin generation in the body as well as achieving the convenience of a surgical doctor and the reduction of pain of a patient. |
