PURPOSE:To secure a stable sterilization temperature by controlling continuously a processing flow rate even in the case shortage is generated in the quantity of a heating medium in an indirect heating sterilizing device. CONSTITUTION:An automatic control valve 6 is provided on an inlet side of a heating medium 2 of a heat exchanger 1, and this automatic control valve 6 is controlled through an automatic controller 5 by a signal of a temperature detector 4 provided on an outlet side of a processing liquid 3, and this automatic controller 5 is connected to a flow rate control part 8 provided on an inlet side of the processing liquid 3 so that the flow rate of the processing liquid is varied continuously or intermittently. |
