A method for restoring a magnetic resonance image and a magnetic resonance image processing apparatus are provided. The magnetic resonance image processing apparatus comprises a processor, and a memory connected to the processor, wherein the processor acquires incompletely sampled multi-coil k-space for a subject, and restores the multi-coil k-space by using a pre-acquired first dictionary and a second dictionary acquired using the first dictionary, thereby acquiring a restored image of the subject.
