A service node adjusting method, apparatus and device, wherein the service node adjusting method includes: obtaining a change indication request for changing a service node, wherein the change indication request includes indication information for indicating the ownership of cache messages of the service node to be changed, and the service node to be changed can be a service node to be added or a service node to be deleted; analyzing, according to the change indication request, the indication information to obtain the ownership of the cache messages of the service node to be changed; obtaining the cache messages of the service node to be changed; sending, according to the ownership of the cache messages of the service node to be changed, the cache messages which do not belong to the service node to be changed to the ownership node, and the cache messages are sorted according to time stamps, and the time stamp is the time at which a message arrives at a short message center with the same called number. The above technical solution ensures that adding or deleting service nodes would not affect the processing of messages, and also improves the accuracy of message sending. |
