A heat exchange device for a circulation cooling system and manufacturing method thereof. The heat exchange device comprises: an integrally formed heat exchange device main body (1), wherein the heat exchange device main body (1) is hollow and comprises two end portions (11, 12); also comprises end caps (2), wherein the end caps (2) cover the two end portions (11, 12) of the heat exchange device main body (1) respectively, and the end caps (2) are fixed on the heat exchange device main body (1). The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: extrusion forming a hollow profile; cutting the profile to form a heat exchange device main body; and fixing cover end caps at two end portions of the heat exchange device main body. The heat exchange device has a simple structure, simple and easy assembly, high utilization rate of raw material and low cost. |
