A preparation method for a highly wear-resistant, repairable conical double machine barrel; boring and machining round steel forgings into conical double machine barrel blanks (1), the inner bores thereof being two round intersecting loops having a cross-shaped cross-section; using ordinary steel material to machine mandrels (2) having the same taper as the inner bores of the machine barrel, spray welding a wear-resistant layer (3) of low melting point alloy onto the surface of two mandrels, and inserting the mandrels inside the bores of the machine barrel blanks and compressing same to form a machine barrel assembly; placing the machine barrel assembly in a vacuum furnace for heating processing; removing the excess material of the mandrels on the small and large ends of the machine barrel assembly, boring and machining the machine barrel, and removing the mandrel material embedded inside the machine barrel bores. The present preparation method implements the metallurgical bonding of the wear-resistant alloy layer and the inner wall of the conical bores in a vacuum sintering state, having a higher bonding strength than cemented carbide material; the wear-resistant layer will not fall off during use, and the production efficiency of the extruder is improved, replacement costs are saved, and economic interests are improved. |
