An automatic seal juice receiving container (1) of a vacuum juicer, comprising a juice receiving container (1), a sealing cover (2) and a buoyancy valve device. The sealing cover (2) is disposed at a top end or an opening at an upper portion of a sidewall of the juice receiving container (1). A concave cavity (4) is formed at the top of the juice receiving container (1) or the upper portion of the sidewall thereof, or on the sealing cover (2). The concave cavity (4) is completely or partially recessed into the juice receiving container (1), or a sidewall of the concave cavity (4) completely or partially protrudes out of the juice receiving container (1). A liquid inlet port (6) is formed on a bottom side or the sidewall of the concave cavity (4), and an external port thereof is configured to be sealingly connected to a juice outlet port (5) of the vacuum juicer directly or via a connecting tube. The buoyancy valve device comprises the concave cavity (4), the liquid inlet port (6) and a float (7). The float (7) is disposed inside the concave cavity (4). The present invention enables the juice to flow into the juice receiving container (1) in a vacuum environment when a vacuum juicer is juicing in vacuum, and can perform automatic seal after the juicing is completed, and therefore, after the vacuum juicing, the juice can be preserved in vacuum for a period of time before drinking. The present invention enables the entire process of vacuum juicing and automatic vacuum preservation, without needing manual operation and avoiding exposure to air. |
