<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to remarkably reduce operation cost by reducing energy for heating and making energy for cooling unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A cooling water of an intermediate temperature (e.g. 45 deg.C) between a sterilizing temperature (e.g. 75 deg.C) and ordinary temperature (e.g. 15 deg.C) is fed from a cooling water tank 5, through a pump 6, a cooling water feed pipe 12a and a cooling water feed pipe 12b to a spraying device 9 in the first sterilizing device 1 and sprayed to a food 7. Thereby, the food 7 is cooled from 75 deg.C to about 45 deg.C. On the other hand, the cooling water after cooling is returned to the water tank 5 from the inner bottom in the first sterilizing device 1 via a drain pipe 12c for cooling water. Part of cooling water passed through the cooling water feed pipe 12a is simultaneously fed through a cooling water feed pipe 12d to a water-spraying device 10 in the second sterilizing device 2 and sprayed to a food 8. Thereby, the food 8 is heated from 15 deg.C to about 45 deg.C. On the other hand, the cooling water after heating is returned to the cooling water tank 5 from the inner bottom of the second sterilizing device 2 via a drain pipe 12e for cooling water. Since cooling calorie in this method is nearly equal to heating calorie, operation cost is remarkably reduced.</p> |
