<p>PURPOSE:To provide a non-contact type metal sensor which can detects a pachinko ball on the board of a pachinko game machine, and which can prevent occurrence of cracking or the like of the outer surface glass pane thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a metal sensor 20 in which a plurality of fold-back shape transmitting lines 22 which are arranged in parallel, are attached to one surface of a glass substrate 17a, and a plurality of fold-back shape receiving lines 26 which are arranged in parallel and which changes electromagnetic characteristics when metal approaches, are laid on the opposite surface of the glass substrate 17a in a direction crossing the transmitting lines 22 so as to electromagnetically coupled to the latter so that a planer detection matrix is formed, and in which face glass panes 17b, 17c are stuck on both surfaces of the glass substrate 17a, a non-glass layer 85 is formed at the end edges of the glass body 17 composed of the face glass panes and the glass substrate so that the end edges are covered with the non-glass layer.</p> |
