PURPOSE:To prevent a fluid from being stuck on the surface of a mount when the fluid is filled and sealed by providing an excess fluid chamber communicated with a fluid chamber when two rubber elastic bodies formed between inner and outer tube metals and between inside and outside fitting tube metals are assembled and cut off from the fluid chamber after assembling. CONSTITUTION:A rubber elastic body 16 is molded between inner and outer tube metals 12, 14 to manufacture an integral vulcanization molding 20. A circular recess 30 is provided on the rubber elastic body 16, and a circular rubber block 32 is inserted. The recess 30 is held to be opened vertically upward, and a noncompressive high-viscosity fluid 34 is filled. An integral vulcanization molding 38 formed separately is assembled after the filling. This is a rubber elastic body 18 molded between inner and outer fitting metals 40, 42. The opening section of the recess 30 is fluid-tightly covered by the elastic body 18, and a fluid chamber 36 sealed with the fluid 34 is formed. The inner periphery side portion 26 guided with the excess fluid is covered by the metal 42 on its opening to form a sealed excess fluid chamber 50. The sticking of the fluid 34 on the outer periphery of the metal 14 can be prevented. |
