PURPOSE:To make maintenance easy and to always hold high dust collection performance by regulating an ionization wire from thoroughly falling from a retaining groove in the case of removing dust stuck to the ionization wire and performing cleaning work. CONSTITUTION:Recess-shaped retaining grooves 14 are provided to the front face side of a holding frame 12. Ionization wires 11 are zigzag distributed in the retaining grooves 14. A cover 15 provided with a counter electrode and long holes 15a for passing the air to be dust-collected is fitted to the front face side of this holding frame to protect the ionization wires. A rib 20 is projected in the inner surface of this cover. Thereby, even when the ionization wires are separated from the retaining grooves by maintenance or the like, displacement larger than this is regulated and the ionization wires are inhibited from falling from the retaining grooves.
