A PDA 5 has a plurality of photodetectors. An A/D converter 30 converts the output signal from each photodetector of the PDA 5. A conversion processing unit 42 successively executes for each of the plurality of photodetectors a conversion process for converting two or more times by the A/D converter 30 the output signal from the same photodetector within a preset time range and acquiring two or more output values. An average value calculation unit 43 calculates the average value of the two or more output values for each photodetector acquired by the processing of the conversion processing unit 42. |
