A hybrid wireless power transmission system comprises: a short-range power transmitter located at an accessible region so as to transmit power by using a short-range transmission method; at least one of sensor nodes dispersively arranged in an inaccessible region so as to receive the wireless power transmitted at a long range, and sensing a physical or chemical change; a wireless power repeater provided in the inaccessible region located at a short-range from the accessible region, receiving the wireless power transmitted at the short range from the accessible region, and transmitting the received power to at least one of sensor nodes by using a long-range transmission method.
