The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cut-out product, and a manufacturing planning system for a cut-out product. One aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cut-out product, comprising: a calculation step of calculating each area efficiency according to a combination of a fabric and a cutting knife for cutting the fabric into a plurality of single parts; and a selection step of selecting, on the basis of the calculated area efficiency, a combination of a fabric and a cutting knife for manufacturing the single parts. |
