In the present invention a third power supply circuit 23c performs a DC-DC conversion on a reference voltage, and generates a shared power supply voltage for a second drive circuit 24b of a second switching element S2 and a fourth drive circuit 24d of a fourth switching element S4. Power supply voltage is supplied from a third power supply circuit 23c to the second drive circuit 24b and the fourth drive circuit 24d with a shared line to the substrate on which the second drive circuit 24b and the fourth drive circuit 24d are provided from the substrate on which the third drive circuit 23c is provided. A first impedance element R1, a second impedance element R2, a third impedance element R3, and a fourth impedance element R4 are provided on the substrate on which the second drive circuit 24b and the fourth drive circuit 24d are provided. |
