1. A multi-layer film comprising
a skin layer, a seal layer located in spaced-apart relation to the skin layer, and a puncture-resistant layer arranged to extend between and interconnect the skin layer and the seal layer, wherein the puncture-resistant layer is configured to minimize puncture of the multi-layer film by objects extending through the multi-layer film from the seal layer through the skin layer so that an outer surface of the skin layer remains uninterrupted.
