P-TYPE FE SILICIDE THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To acquire a thermoelectric conversion material having a maximum output by substituting a specified metal for a part of Fe of Fe silicide. CONSTITUTION:One kind or two kinds (M) of Cr, V is substituted for a part of Fe of Fe silicide to form Fe 1-xMxSi2, where x is 0.01 to 0.1; then an output factor becomes large enough to be a P-type Fe silicide thermoelectric conversion material having a maximum output among P-type Fe silicide thermoelectric conversion materials.
