PURPOSE:To improve the installation utility efficiency and the service function by utilizing a fixed radio station not in busy state so as to apply the voice service on the request from a portable telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A fixed radio station consists of a network control section (NCU), a transmitter (TX), a receiver (RX), an antenna multicoupler (DUP), a controller (CONT) and a storage device (MEM). For example, when a person carrying a portable telephone set loses his way and requests connection by using a special number except for speech, a nearby fixed radio station guides an address or a time recorded in advance in voice. Moreover, an opposite party in a same service area can hear a caller message by using the voice message service where a possessor of a portable telephone set records and registers a voice message to a specific opposite party and this system is effective for a waiting or the like.
