An antibody conjugate, comprising an antibody that binds to a target, wherein the antibody is linked to a lytic domain, wherein said lytic domain comprises or consists of a peptide selected from KFAKFAKKFAKFAKK, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKF, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFA, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAK, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAKF and KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAKFA (SEQ ID NOs.:1-6), or a peptide selected from KFAKFAKKFAKFAKK, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKF, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFA, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAK, KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAKF and KFAKFAKKFAKFAKKFAKFA (SEQ ID NOs.:1-6) having one or more of the K residues substituted with any of an F or L residue, one or more of the F residues substituted with any of a K, A or L residue, or one or more of the A residues substituted with any of a K, F or L residue; and wherein the lytic domain is linked to a Heavy (H) chain of the antibody, or linked to a Light (L) chain of the antibody.
