The invention relates to injectable multi-phase emulsions of the E/H/E/ type which can be used as vaccines, or as vehicles of active principles in veterinary or human medecine, which, for each of their components, are pharmaceutically acceptable, and which are stable for at least 12 months in storage at 4 DEG C, with a viscosity which is lower than 300 mPas. Said emulsions include at least the following components: an oily adjuvant composed of: an oily phase which is non-miscible in water representing 20 to 70 % of the formula; an emulsifier system chosen such that the inversion point of the emulsion obtained be between 25 and 45 DEG and representing 2 to 10 DEG of the formula; an aqueous phase containing the antigenes or the active principles and representing 20 to 78 % of the formula, which is obtained in a single mixing operation.
