A system is disclosed for managing waste. The system may have a first portal configured to receive input indicative of a customer service opportunity, a second portal configured to receive input indicative of a vendor's acceptance of the customer service opportunity, and a central processing unit in electronic communication with the first and second portals. The central processing unit may be configured to determine, from a list of registered vendors stored in memory, a shorter list of vendors capable of accommodating the customer service opportunity. The central processing unit may also be configured to offer the customer service opportunity to at least one vendor on the shorter list of vendors via the second portal, to receive an acceptance from the at least one vendor via the second portal to accommodate the customer service opportunity, and to automatically generate at least one contract based on the acceptance.

1. A computer-implemented system for online management of waste services, the system comprising:
a first input device configured to receive input from a customer indicative of a customer service opportunity at a first user interface; a second input device configured to receive input indicative of a vendor's acceptance of the customer service opportunity at a second user interface; and a central processing unit configured to communicate over a cloud-based electronic network with the first and second input devices, the central processing unit comprising: a memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to: determine, from a list of registered vendors stored in a vendor database, a shorter list of vendors capable of accommodating the customer service opportunity; offer the customer service opportunity to at least one vendor on the shorter list of vendors via an electronic link displayed in a web browser of the second input device; receive an acceptance from the at least one vendor via the second input device to accommodate the customer service opportunity; automatically generate at least one waste services contract based on the acceptance; and notify at least one vendor not awarded the customer service opportunity of the vendor acceptance and automatic generation of the at least one waste services contract.
