PURPOSE:To form a three-dimensional pattern on a ceramic product by adhering a photosensitive film to a layer of a photosensitive agent applied to a screen and by removing only the unexposed image or pattern part by spraying with water for development. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive film is adhered to a layer of a photosensitive agent applied to a screen to increase the strength of the layer. Accordingly, the strength of the exposed part is increased and only the unexposed part is removed even in the same mesh by spraying with water for development to obtain a screen printing plate having a clear image or pattern. When the printing plate is used, a thick,clear relief image line or pattern is formed on a ceramic product by the total of the large thickness of the screen gauze and the thickness of the photosensitive film. |
