determining, by a controller, whether a CDA operation is available by using an operation state signal of a vehicle, determining, by a determination unit, a fuel consumption prediction value or an exhaust temperature prediction value by the CDA operation when the CDA operation is available: and determining, by the controller, whether to enter a CDA mode by using at least one of the fuel consumption prediction value and the exhaust temperature prediction.
