PURPOSE:To execute read-out at high speed by providing a memory in which all data extending from the start end of a film to a last end are written, and reading out successively the data from the memory by synchronizing with carrying of the film. CONSTITUTION:Dot information '1' is written in the address part of a memory corresponding to the write position of a symbol, etc., and dot information '0' is written in other address part, by which data of all parts extending from the start end in a longitudinal direction to the last end, related to the data printing part of a film are written in order from a low address in a memory 7 by '1' or '0'. At the time of read-out, a running detecting pulse from a rotary encoder 13 is counted, and at every prescribed pitch running quantity, the address of the memory 7 is brought to an access successively from the low address. In such a way, it becomes unnecessary to interpose a CPU and a software, and read-out can be executed at high speed.
