PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous cutting off/connecting of a half-fixed path by providing a read starting means to generate a reading action with a prescribed period, and a path information reading means to repeatedly execute path settings based on a half-fixed path information which is started by the starting means, and reading out a path information from a memory part with a prescribed period. CONSTITUTION:A path information is submitted to a channel controller 16 through a path connection function part 202, and addresses tsj, tsi in a channel memory 141 are written in address (i), (j) read from a control memory 142 in correspondence in terms of time. A path information for the prescribed one of thus set paths is read out with a prescribed period by a path information reading function part 201 under the control of a timing detection function part 203, and supplied to a path connection function part 202. Since repeated path setting processings are provided as the above, when an error occurs in the software processing in a system to set a path, a path-setting-detect caused by the error can be recovered within a considerably short time.
