PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the uneven density of an image in a title photosensitive body having plural material layers contg. Si atoms as the base material by making ununiform the surface layer thickness so as to decrease the interference by reflected light according to the incident angle of incident light. CONSTITUTION:The plural layers which consist of the amorphous material or the fine crystal material contg. silicon atoms as the base material, such as a barrier layer 2 which blocks the implantation of electric charge from a conductive base 1, a photoconductive layer 3 which generates a carrier by the incidence of light, a surface layer 4 for holding the charge on the surface of the layer 3 and for protecting said layer, etc. are laminted on the body 1. Each layer 2, 3, 4 is constituted into the ununiform layer thickness so as to decrease the interference by the light reflected from the front and rear sides of the laminated layer, i.e., the interference by the light reflected from the top surface of the layer 4 and the light reflected from the surface of the body 1 according to the incident angle of the incident light to the layer 4, by which the intended electrophotographic sensitive body is obtd. |
