PURPOSE:To automatically discharge the liquid in a liquid tank without releasing the gas in a degassing apparatus to the outside, by opening an inflow pipe and closing a discharge pipe and an air feed pipe when the liquid tank is empty while performing reverse operation by solenoid valves when said liquid tank is filled with a liquid. CONSTITUTION:When no current is supplied or a current is cut off, the contact X1 of a relay X is turned ON and the contacts X2, X3 thereof are turned OFF while a valve S1 is opened nonelectromagnetically and valves S2, S3 are opened nonelectromagnetically to drain the liquid in a tank 20. When the liquid in the tank 20 is drained, the contact LS of a liquid level detector is turned ON and the contact X1 of the relay X is turned OFF and the contacts X2, X3 thereof are turned ON while the valves S2, S3 are instantaneously closed electromagnetically and the valve S1 is opened electromagnetically after 3sec by a timer contact T1 and a liquid begins to accumulate in the tank 20.
