PURPOSE:To improve the workability of lead mounting process by arranging a lead holding plate on both sides of a substrate holder in free swinging manner and by providing a lead check member to the substrate holder. CONSTITUTION:The substrate holder 17 which holds at insulation substrate 1 on the upper surface is fixed at the center of a base 15. The lead holding plates 23 and 24 are supported on both the sides of the substrate holder 17 in right-left free swinging manner with shafts 21 and 22 as fulcrums. The lead holding plates 23 and 24 have supporting projections 27 and 28, positioning projections 29 and 30, and rubber magnets 31a, 31b, 32a, and 32b on the surface opposed to the substrate holder 17, and each lead 6 and 7 is held thereby. A check member 33 consisting of a sliding rod 33a and a check plate 33b is provided in free swinging manner in right-left directions in the upper part of the substrate holder 17, and the check plate 33b is pressed to the lead holding plate 24 by means of a spring 35. |
