An image processing system for sequentially executing a plurality of processes, comprising: a process execution control apparatus to control an execution of the plurality of processes; and an image generation-output control apparatus to control an execution of an image generation-output operation, wherein the process execution control apparatus includes: a control-side drawing information generator to generate drawing information to be referred by an image forming apparatus in performing the image generation-output operation, based on information of a target image to be output; and a process allocator to allocate a plurality of text information adding processes to the process execution control apparatus and the image generation-output control apparatus when generating the drawing information, the text information adding processes each adding text information to the information of the target image, wherein the image generation-output control apparatus includes; an output-side drawing information generator corresponding to the control-side drawing information generator, wherein the process allocator allocates the text information adding processes to the process execution control apparatus and the image generation-output control apparatus for each of the text information acquirable from different information sources through the process execution control apparatus and the image generation-output control apparatus, wherein the control-side drawing information generator acquires first apparatus identification information identifying a first apparatus disposed with the control-side drawing information generator, determines the text information adding processes allocated to the process execution control apparatus based on the acquired first apparatus identification information, and executes one or more of the text information adding processes allocated to the process execution control apparatus based on a first determination result, wherein the output-side drawing information generator acquires second apparatus identification information identifying a second apparatus disposed with the control-side drawing information generator based on the acquired second apparatus identification information, determines the text information adding processes allocated to the image generation-output control apparatus based on the acquired apparatus identification information, and executes one or more of the text information adding processes allocated to the image generation-output control apparatus based on a second determination result.
