Sanitizing and cleaning process and method

A system is proposed for cleaning and sterilization wherein a carrier fluid is provided through a spray head having a mixing chamber, the flow of carrier fluid converted to a spray by the spray head. In the mixing chamber, ozone and ozone reaction products are mixed with the flow of carrier fluid to obtain a higher mixture of ozone and ozone reaction products in the carrier fluid immediately before the carrier fluid and ozone and ozone reaction products are dispensed as a spray.

1. A process for sanitizing and cleaning comprising:
providing a flow of carrier fluid, providing a spray head having a mixing chamber that receives said flow of carrier fluid, said spray head converting said carrier fluid to a spray and dispensing said spray, in said mixing chamber, mixing at least ozone and ozone reaction products with said carrier fluid, whereby said ozone and ozone reaction products are provided in said spray by mixing said ozone and ozone reaction products in said carrier fluid immediately before said carrier fluid containing said ozone and ozone reaction products is dispensed as said spray.
