1. A process for preparing a compound of the formula (Ia) or a compound of the formula (Ib),in which
R1 and R3 are each independently C1-C6-haloalkyl; R2 is selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, COOH, (C═O)OR5, CN, and (C═O)NR6R7; R4 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-C8 alkyl, aryl, and pyridyl; R5 is selected from the group consisting of C1-12-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C6-18-aryl, C7-19-arylalkyl and C7-19-alkylaryl; R6 and R7 are each independently selected from the group consisting of C1-12-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C6-18-aryl, C7-19-arylalkyl, and C7-19-alkylaryl, or where R6 and R7 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded form a four-, five- or six-membered ring;characterized in that a compound of the formula (II),R1 in which
R1 is as defined above; X is F, Cl, Brz or —OC(O)R1; is reacted with a compound of the formula (III),in which
R8 is selected from the group consisting of C1-12-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C6-18-aryl, C7-19-arylalkyl, C7-19-alkylaryl, and OR9; R9 is selected from the group consisting of C1-12-alkyl, C3-8-cycloalkyl, C6-18-aryl, C7-19-arylalkyl, and C7-19-alkylaryl; R2 and R3 are as defined above; to form a compound of formula (IV)in which
R1, R2, R3, R5, R6, R7, R8, and R9 are as defined above;and characterized in that the compound of the formula (IV) in the is reacted with a compound of the formula (V)
NH2NHR4 (V)in which R4 is as defined above;
to form the compound of the formula (Ia) or the compound of the formula (Ib). |
