Slides, belt and like.-A fastening for strap parts, particularly for shoes, comprises a member 14, Fig. 2, having an open sided hook part adapted to be secured fixedly or adjustably by means of a slide, to one of the strap parts 12 and also adapted to be engaged over the other strap part 11, as shown in Fig. 5, behind and under a slide or stop member 13, Figs. 3, 5, carried by the second strap part. The member 13 has portions bent under at each end with apertures 25, 27 through which the strap part 11 may be threaded. The cross-bar 28 of the aperture 27 bears flexibly against the underside of the member 13 to retain said member by means of a lip 29 on such cross-bar in adjusted position on the strap part 11. |
