receiving, from a terminal, an association request frame comprising information of whether the terminal enables a power saving mode for a transmission opportunity (TXOP) duration; and transmitting, to the terminal, information of whether the access point supports the power saving mode in response to the association request frame, wherein the power saving mode indicates whether an operate state of the terminal is changable during the TXOP duration.
