Bioprinting method comprising the following steps: A—providing a Bioprinting device adapted to deposit a pattern of biological material, B—providing a substrate presenting at least one area of interest and a remaining part, said area of interest having a feature that distinguishes said area of interest from the remaining part, C—positioning the area of interest with respect to the Bioprinting device, D—acquiring an image of the substrate and revealing on the acquired image the feature of the area of interest with respect to the remaining part, E—processing the acquired image of the substrate so as to detect the revealed area of interest on the acquired image and to determine the pattern corresponding to the area of interest detected on the acquired image, F—depositing onto the area of interest the biological material according to the pattern determined at step E and corresponding to the area of interest detected on the acquired image.
