1. A method comprising:
providing a thermoplastic test material; providing at least one sensor; detecting a plurality of parameters in the thermoplastic test material using the at least one sensor; generating a plurality of outputs in response to the detecting; providing at least one thermoplastic pattern signature, each thermoplastic pattern signature tied to manufacturing data taken during manufacturing of a thermoplastic material, wherein said manufacturing data includes a measurement of contamination and identification of a manufacturer physical plant; and validating, automatically, the thermoplastic test material as a function of the plurality of outputs having been generated and the thermoplastic pattern signature, wherein the validating includes verifying a match between the plurality of outputs having been generated and the thermoplastic pattern signature; generating a report of the validating of the thermoplastic test material, including the validating that the thermoplastic test material was manufactured by the manufacturer physical plant. |
