A derivative of homoserine lactone represented by formula I, a racemate or optical isomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a solvate or a hydrate thereof, wherein R is C1-12 linear or branched alkyl, or phenyl, said alkyl or phenyl is optionally mono-substituted or multi-substituted by a substituent selected from the group consisting of: (a) phenyl, (b) substituted or unsubstituted C1-5 linear or branched alkyl, (c) halogen, (d) cyano, (e) trifluoromethyl, (f) hydroxyl, (g) nitro, and (h) substituted or unsubstituted C1-5 alkoxyl.
