The steel sheet has a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.0005% or more and 0.0030% or less, Si: 0.05% or less, Mn: 0.50% or more and 1.00% or less, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.020% or less, Al: 0.01% or more and 0.04% or less, N: 0.0010% or more and 0.0050% or less, B: 0.0005% or more and 0.0050% or less, and Fe and inevitable impurities. Additionally, the steel sheet has a hardness (HR30T) of 56 or more and an average Young's modulus of 215 GPa or more.
