摘要 An electrostatic image developing toner includes toner particles that contain coloring particles containing a binder resin, a coloring agent and a releasing agent. The binder resin includes an amorphous resin and a crystalline polyester resin. The toner satisfies Relations (1) and (2). ΔH1 is the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in a first heating step. ΔH2 is the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in a second heating step. ΔH0 is the value of the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in the second heating step, multiplied by the ratio of the crystalline polyester introduced in the electrostatic image developing toner. 0.43<ΔH1/ΔH0<0.95  Relation (1):0.45<ΔH2/ΔH1<1.20  Relation (2):

An electrostatic image developing toner comprising toner particles that contain coloring particles containing a binder resin, a coloring agent and a releasing agent, wherein the binder resin comprises an amorphous resin and a crystalline polyester resin, wherein the electrostatic image developing toner satisfies the following Relation (1) and Relation (2), 0.43<ΔH1/ΔH0<0.95  Relation (1):0.45<ΔH2/ΔH1<1.20  Relation (2): where ΔH1 (J/q) is the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in a first heating step from room temperature to 150° C., determined on a DSC curve of the electrostatic image developing toner measured by a differential scanning calorimetry, ΔH2 (J/g) is the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in a second heating step from 0° C. to 150° C., determined on the DSC curve of the toner, and ΔH0 (J/g) is the value of the amount of heat absorption based on a melting peak of the crystalline polyester resin in the second heating step from 0° C. to 150° C., determined on a DSC curve of the crystalline polyester measured by a differential scanning calorimetry, multiplied by the ratio of the crystalline polyester introduced in the electrostatic image developing toner, and wherein the crystalline polyester resin satisfies the following Relation (7) and Relation (8), Cacid≧10  Relation (7):6≦Calcohol≦12  Relation (8): where Calcohol is the number of carbons of a main chain of a structural unit derived from a polyhydric alcohol for producing the crystalline polyester resin, and Cacid is the number of carbons of a main chain of a structural unit derived from a polycarboxylic acid for producing the crystalline polyester resin.
