(a) dark-colored zinc particles present in an amount of 85 percent by weight to 95 percent by weight based on the dry weight of the composition; and (b) a binder formed from a titanate and/or a partial hydrolysate thereof; wherein the binder excludes silicon, the coating composition is substantially free of zinc alloy particles, and the coating composition produces a coating having a CIELAB L* value of no more than 60. |
