摘要 A disclosed measurement system includes a fluid system that circulates a sample fluid exhibiting one or more unknown characteristics and being configured to receive a standard fluid that exhibits a known characteristic corresponding to at least one of the one or more unknown characteristics, an isolation cell fluidly coupled to the fluid system such that the sample fluid and a mixture of the sample fluid and the standard fluid are able to enter the isolation cell, an analyte-sensitive measurement device having one or more sensors associated therewith and being configured to analyze the sample fluid and the mixture and generate response signals corresponding to the one or more unknown characteristics of the sample fluid, and a signal processor configured to receive and perform standard addition calculations on the response signals in order to determine a concentration of the one or more unknown characteristics.

A method, comprising: circulating a sample fluid exhibiting one or more unknown characteristics within a fluid system; simulating a fluid found in a downhole environment by varying one or more operating conditions of the sample fluid flowing in the fluid system with one or both of a liquid charging system and a gas charging system and thereby charging the sample fluid as it circulates; analyzing the sample fluid with an analyte-sensitive measurement device having one or more sensors associated therewith and generating with the analyte-sensitive measurement device a first response signal corresponding to the one or more unknown characteristics of the sample fluid; injecting a first known volume of a standard fluid into the fluid system, thereby generating a first mixture of the sample fluid and the standard fluid, the standard fluid exhibiting a known concentration of a known characteristic corresponding to at least one of the one or more unknown characteristics; analyzing the first mixture with the analyte-sensitive measurement device to generate, with the analyte-sensitive measurement device, a second response signal corresponding to the one or more unknown characteristics of the sample fluid; injecting a second known volume of the standard fluid into the fluid system and thereby generating a second mixture of the sample fluid and the standard fluid; analyzing the second mixture with the analyte-sensitive measurement device to generate, with the analyte-sensitive measurement device, a third response signal corresponding to the one or more unknown characteristics of the sample fluid; performing standard addition calculations on the first, second, and third response signals with a signal processor; and determining with the signal processor a concentration of the one or more unknown characteristics of the sample fluid based on the standard addition calculations.
