1. An organic light emitting diode device comprising:
an anode; a cathode facing the anode; an emission layer between the anode and the cathode; and an electron transport layer (ETL) between the cathode and the emission layer, where the ETL comprises a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1, and the emission layer comprises a compound represented by Chemical Formula 2 as a host material: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, L1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylono group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heteroarylene group, R1 to R4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a heavy hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 amine group, and a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, n1 is an integer ranging from 0 to 2, and n2 and n3 are each independently integers ranging from 0 to 3; and wherein, in Chemical Formula 2, L2 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heteroarylene group, R5 is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 amine group, and a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, R6 and R7 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a heavy hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 amine group, and a substituted or unsubstituted siiyl group, m1 is an integer ranging from 0 to 2, and m2 and m3 are each independently integers ranging from 0 to 4 wherein the compound represented by Chemical Formula 2 excludes the following compound: |
