an outer cover comprising:
a first member comprising a front panel;a second member comprising a rear panel and at least one retention mechanism; anda flexible member separating the first member and second member and attached to both the first member and the second member; a mobile device shell dimensioned to receive and retain the mobile device comprising:
a back panel;at least one protrusion extending in a direction transverse to the back panel along the perimeter of the back panel that defines a cavity dimensioned to receive the mobile device; andat least one retention receiver configured to receive the at least one retention mechanism.
